In addition to his corporate achievements, Dave is the President of the Equine Education Foundation (EEF), a position he has held since March 2003. The EEF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in the Greater Philadelphia area, dedicated to providing equine therapy programs to children and adults suffering from physical and mental health ailments. With a specialty in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), the foundation offers a unique therapeutic modality that includes an equine specialist, a mental health professional, and a horse. Under David’s leadership, the foundation has developed a Veterans Program that delivers free services to veterans and their family members, reflecting his commitment to community service and support for veterans.

Dave is also president of Prosapia, LLC, a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business that he has led since January 2011. His extensive experience and dedication to both his professional and philanthropic endeavors make him a respected leader in his field.
